SHIPPING POLICY

Due to extraordinary demand of shipping at this time, delivery of packages will be slower than usual. This applies to all free and expedited orders. We strive to deliver as fast as possible, but many carriers experience long delays in shipping. You order may not arrive as fast as usually. We truly appreciate your understanding.

For orders placed after 8:30AM EST, we only ship the next day. We do not ship in the w-end.

Standard (free): our estimated standard shipping time is approximately 5-7 business days for our free shipping option. If you select Standard shipping we ship free on all orders. Orders go out by 2pm EST on any given day.  Orders placed after 3PM EST, are shipped the next day.

Express (paid): if you prefer faster, expedited delivery of your order, please select Express. This is a guaranteed 1-2 day shipping service. Please note: These days are business days, not w-end days. Expedited shipping is available for any shipment and is paid by you. We are not liable for any carrier delay or delay caused by errors or changes to the order after it has been received.

Please note that we do not ship in the week-end. 

USA Domestic Orders:
All US orders process and ship within 1-2 working days. Delivery time is guaranteed for 5-7 business days for standard shipment.

Worldwide Orders:

Please check prices for orders shipped outside of the Continental US. Updated December 1, 2019.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, up to a maximum value of $96 (plus any taxes incurred), for the purchases made on our website. If, after using our product for 60 days, that is, if two months of product use, from the moment you purchased it, you are not completely satisfied with our product, we refund you.

To protect our consumers, due to Covid-19 we are not taking product back, even if the box in which you received your order is not opened. Please discard the product if not using. Thank you for helping us protect consumers like you.
